Established in 1947, Thistle Seafoods is a 5th generation family-owned business and is one of the largest family-owned manufacturers of quality seafood products in Europe.
We supply outstanding products at every price point to leading retail and food service customers within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Our Head Office and Centre of Excellence for coated products is in Peterhead, in the North-East of Scotland. Our second site, in Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow, serves as our distribution hub and Centre of Excellence for value-added products.
