Thistle Seafoods has 48 individual breaded, battered, and dusted products, producing 55 million coated fillets annually.
Our coated range includes breaded, battered, and dusted fillets of cod, haddock, pollock, salmon, basa, plaice, hake, yellowfin sole, lemon sole and sea bass.
We work with our industry partners to develop bespoke coating systems that can be used across different species and product formats. We have the capacity to generate accented crumbs that highlight key flavours, aromatics, and textures.
