Thistle Seafoods speciality products help drive growth for our customers by introducing consumers to new sustainable fish species as more and more people adopt a pescatarian diet.

But we have also allocated capacity to produce coated specialty free-from products – without ingredients like gluten, dairy, or nuts – as well as fishless products such as Crispbakes, mac & cheese bites, or arancini bites, classic party food with a twist.
