A 75,000sq ft factory includes seven flexible production lines with advanced portioning, pressure forming and shaping technology in addition to a bulk sauce making plant and packing line. The factory 500mt per week capacity.
Our strong food safety culture is reflected by our BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance of Global Standards) AA+ rating. As a company, we chose to participate in unannounced audits, confident in the knowledge our food hygiene and safety procedures consistently meet the high standards required to achieve an AA+ rating.
We employ more than 400 people at our 5.5-acre site, which also has an in-house United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited testing laboratory, No. 4606.
