Food safety

Under the guidance of our hygiene manager, who supports, coaches, and directs our colleagues, we have formed an excellent hygiene team to uphold and deliver our first-class food safe standards.

Integrity

KPIs and metrics are used to analyse emerging trends to protect and enhance our technical integrity across all our operations.

Legality

We take our legal responsibilities seriously from sustainability and environmental responsibilities to ethical sourcing, ensuring our business fully complies with current legislation.

Technical Team

Our technical team comprises trained and experienced professionals who embody our ethos of continuous improvement. Through our robust training and skill development programmes, we ensure that all our colleagues are equipped with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in their roles.

Central to our operations is our state-of-the-art on-site UKAS laboratory. Under the auspices of a dedicated GMP Inspector responsible for reducing foreign bodies in the factory, our laboratory conducts microbiological and allergenic analyses with precision and accuracy. We remain vigilant in our efforts to reduce foreign bodies and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

In our quest for excellence, our multi-disciplinary team collaborates seamlessly to improve quality across all aspects of our operations. This includes implementing rigorous HACCP/TACCP/VACCP protocols to prevent hazards, threats, and vulnerabilities to conducting risk-assessed supplier approvals and audits.

Our commitment to auditing is unwavering, evidenced by our attainment of an unannounced BRCGS AA+ rating. Additionally, our full internal audit schedule ensures that we always maintain stringent standards, leaving nothing to chance.

In essence, our technical team is not just a group of individuals; they are the guardians of our safety and quality standards, working tirelessly to uphold our reputation as a trusted provider of top-quality food products.
